The Vulcan VC44ED-240 Double Deck Electric Convection Oven offers exceptional performance and durability. The oven is well-insulated with non-sag insulation for consistent temperature retention. Inside, porcelain enamel interiors provide a spacious cooking area, illuminated by two interior oven lights. Each section includes five nickel-plated oven racks with eleven position rack guides for versatile cooking options. Powered by electric solid sheath elements rated at 12 KW, and equipped with a two-speed 1⁄2 H.P. oven blower-motor, it delivers consistent results. The oven cool switch allows for rapid cooldown. NSF and UL listed, it operates at 208 or 240 volts, 60 Hz, 1 or 3 phase, and measures 40 1⁄4"w x 41 1⁄8"d x 70"h on 8" legs.
