Maintenance Tips
- Daily cleaning: Wash welded aluminum frame and pan slides with mild detergent and warm water; avoid abrasive pads or acidic cleaners that can damage the finish.
- Sanitize after use: Apply NSF-approved food-safe sanitizer to maintain hygiene for storage, transport, and steam table operations.
- Caster maintenance: Inspect 5" swivel casters regularly; remove food debris and ensure smooth rolling for safe kitchen mobility.
- Load discipline: Do not exceed 5-pan capacity (12"x20" or 18"x26" pans depending on use); distribute weight evenly to prevent frame stress.
- Tighten hardware: Periodically check caster bolts and frame joints to maintain stability under full load.
- Dry after cleaning: Wipe completely dry to prevent water spots and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Slide inspection: Ensure 5" spacing rails remain straight and free from grease buildup for smooth pan insertion and removal.
- Routine inspection: Check weld points and vertical supports regularly in high-use kitchens for early signs of wear.
- Storage care: Store in a dry, ventilated area to reduce moisture buildup and maintain food safety compliance.
