Maintenance Tips
- Clean daily with warm water and mild detergent to remove grease, starch, and food debris from the welded aluminum frame and 20 slide levels.
- Avoid abrasive pads or strong chemicals to protect the corrosion-resistant aluminum finish and maintain NSF sanitation standards.
- Inspect 5" swivel casters regularly; remove food particles, grease buildup, and debris to ensure smooth movement in tight kitchen aisles.
- Check frame welds and slide angles weekly for stress or bending caused by frequent loading/unloading of pans.
- Do not overload beyond 20-pan capacity; distribute weight evenly across all slides to maintain balance and airflow spacing.
- Tighten caster bolts periodically to prevent wobble during transport between prep, storage, and service areas.
- Dry thoroughly after washing to maintain hygiene in walk-in coolers and prevent water spotting.
- Store indoors on level surfaces when not in use to extend lifespan and preserve structural integrity.
