- Clean daily using warm water and mild detergent to remove grease, starch, and food residue from the welded aluminum frame and 12 slide levels.
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals to preserve the corrosion-resistant aluminum finish and NSF sanitation compliance.
- Inspect 5" swivel casters regularly; remove debris and buildup to maintain smooth movement in tight kitchen aisles.
- Check frame welds and slide supports weekly for stress, bending, or overloading from heavy pans and frequent transport.
- Do not exceed 12-pan capacity; distribute weight evenly across all slides to maintain stability and airflow spacing.
- Tighten caster bolts periodically to ensure safe, stable transport between prep, storage, and service areas.
- Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent water spotting and maintain hygiene in walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Store indoors on level surfaces when not in use to extend lifespan and prevent caster misalignment
