SPACE-EFFICIENT & COST-SAVING DESIGN: Shallow 51.48" depth footprint. It is compact when you consider all of the exercise stations contained in its design. It packs 6 different training stations into about a third of the footprint you’d need if you instead bought dedicated equipment for each station and saved your dollar compared to buying separate pieces of comparable quality equipment that replicate the M1-2.0’s functionality.

DESIGNED FOR HOME GYM SAFETY: Made of 50mm x 50mm thickness steel tube. The triangular-designed frames provide extra stability and stronger construction. The safety stopper allows you to do bench pressing, squatting, and lifting heavy in any position. Two added safety arms protect you when performing lifting outside the rack.

HIGH WEIGHT CAPACITY: Built in 14-gauge steel, it has a gross weight of 203 lbs, and can max load up to 1500 lbs ( 500 lbs for the Smith bar, 500 lbs for the uprights, and 500 lbs for storage.

COMPATIBLE WITH MOST OF THE ATTACHMENTS: The 2"×2” uprights, 1" hole size, 4" hole spacing, allow you to explore more compatible rack attachments.

DETACHABLE LAT PULLDOWN LEG HOLDER: The Leg Hold-Down serves as a leg holder for LAT pulls or rest your foot on top for Bulgarian split squats. If you want to do other exercises inside the machine, just disassemble it and install it into the storage tube on the rack.
