Air Lift ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System 1.25-3.5" Lift | 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra - KITICOK53197T

The 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra ICON Vehicle Stage 7 is the Big Shock System featuring 2.5 Remote Reservoir front Coilovers and 2.5 Remote Reservoir rear shocks with UCA's!

Get up to 40% more travel versus stock! ICON's Billet or Tubular Upper Control Arms to squeeze every inch of travel out of the Tundra's suspension while increasing available lift height to 1.25 to 3.5" (front). ICON UCA's are optimized for lifted or leveled trucks, with caster adjustment built into the geometry of the arm, making it easier to dial in your truck's steering alignment. These UCA's feature ICON's proprietary Delta Joint Pro, which is fully serviceable and provides up to 90-degrees of movement to allow bind-free movement throughout the full range of suspension travel afforded by the ICON coilovers. Get increased rear shock performance to match the 2.5 front coilovers. Stage 7 includes ICON's 2.5-inch diameter VS Series rear shock absorbers with remote reservoirs, for a massive increase in shock oil volume and surface area for heat dissipation to help prevent cavitation and maintain damping performance over long stretches of rough terrain. In addition, the 2.5 VS rear shocks feature 7/8" rods and other beefier components to handle the long travel and punishing cycle rates of moving fast across the terrain.

What our Experts Think
  • Premium suspension for serious enthusiasts. The ICON Stage 7 Suspension System delivers exceptional on-road comfort and off-road control for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra owners who demand top-tier performance.
  • Fully adjustable lift. Front 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers provide 1.25–3.5 inches of lift, allowing you to dial in ride height while accommodating up to 35-inch tires.
  • Maximum suspension travel. Billet/tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO and vehicle-specific tuning increase front wheel travel by up to 40%, improving articulation and ride quality on rough terrain.
  • Built for demanding off-road use. Remote reservoir front and rear shocks increase oil capacity, improve heat dissipation, and resist shock fade during aggressive trail driving.
  • Precision handling. Includes sway bar drop brackets and corrected suspension geometry for improved alignment, steering feel, and overall vehicle stability.
  • Best for: Tundra owners looking for a premium suspension upgrade with adjustable lift, superior ride quality, and outstanding off-road capability without sacrificing daily drivability

Q&A

Q: What does the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System do?
A: It provides 2–3.5 inches of front lift while dramatically improving on-road comfort, off-road capability, suspension travel, and control.

Q: Which vehicles is this kit compatible with?
A: Fits 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra models. It is not compatible with factory rear air suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).

Q: What is included in the Stage 7 system?
A: The kit includes 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, 2.5 Series rear remote reservoir shocks, sway bar drop brackets, and installation hardware.

Q: What tire size can this suspension support?
A: It is designed to fit up to 35-inch tires, depending on wheel offset and minor trimming if required.

Q: What are the benefits of the remote reservoir shocks?
A: Remote reservoirs improve shock cooling, reduce fade during hard off-road use, and deliver more consistent damping and ride quality.

Q: Are the shocks rebuildable?
A: Yes. All included ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term performance.

Maintenance Tips
  • Re-torque all suspension hardware after the first 500 miles and inspect it regularly thereafter.
  • Inspect coilovers, remote reservoir shocks, upper control arms, bushings, and Delta Joints for wear, leaks, or loose components.
  • Have the vehicle professionally aligned after installation and whenever ride height or tire wear changes.
  • Clean shocks, reservoirs, and suspension components regularly to remove mud, salt, and road debris, helping prevent corrosion and extend service life.
  • Check tire pressure and monitor tread wear frequently to maintain safe handling and maximize tire life.
  • Rebuild and service the fully rebuildable ICON shocks at the manufacturer's recommended intervals or after frequent off-road use for peak performance.
