Maintenance Tips
- Clean guide columns & handles daily: Wipe sweat from uprights, grips, and accessories to prevent corrosion and keep smooth pulley travel.
- Lubricate moving columns monthly: Apply light silicone lubricant on guide rods and adjustment systems for friction-free motion.
- Inspect cables & pulleys weekly: Check for fraying, dust buildup, or uneven tension to maintain safe resistance performance.
- Tighten all frame bolts regularly: Heavy-duty (~900–1000 lb) structure must stay stable, especially if floor-bolted.
- Check weight stacks & selector pins: Ensure smooth pin insertion and proper alignment of dual 200 lb stacks for safe loading.
- Verify pulley adjustment system: Test all height positions (27–32 settings) to ensure smooth, one-handed operation.
- Keep area dust-free & level: Prevents cable misalignment and extends pulley and bearing lifespan.
- Do periodic deep inspection: Look for wear on cables, carabiners, and attachment points every 3–6 months.
