Engineered and built in Italy, the Eurodib MSP50 JET/T delivers the power, precision and durability you need when working with stronger, high-gluten doughs (65 % hydration and up). A robust 3-phase motor, stainless-steel bowl and dual-speed spiral arm combine to develop gluten quickly while keeping dough temperature low—ideal for artisan bakeries, pizzerias and pastry shops.
