Maintenance Tips
- Lubricate the air motor daily with approved pneumatic tool oil for maximum performance and longevity.
- Use clean, dry compressed air at the recommended pressure to minimize internal wear and corrosion.
- Inspect abrasive cones and plugs before each use; replace worn, cracked, or damaged accessories immediately.
- Check extension shaft, collet, and spindle connections regularly for tightness and wear.
- Keep exhaust ports and air inlets free from dust and grinding debris to maintain proper airflow.
- Verify air hoses and fittings are leak-free to ensure consistent power and speed.
- Avoid exceeding the rated operating speed of mounted abrasives to prevent premature wear and safety hazards.
- Monitor vibration levels during operation; excessive vibration may indicate accessory imbalance or bearing wear.
- Clean the tool after each use and store in a dry environment to prevent moisture-related damage.
- Periodically inspect throttle and safety lever operation to ensure safe, reliable performance.
