- 14,000 strokes per minute; .007" stroke length (.018 mm); precision removal resulting in less risk of gouging delicate parts; less aggressive than a Die Grinder; Lightweight & Faster than hand-filing.
- Only one included wrench required; easier to change files; Easy grip rubber sleeve; Includes 3 mm collet insert. Accepts 1/16", 3/32", 1/8" collet inserts (sold separately).
- Lubrication is not recommended during operation. Lubrication is ONLY recommended during storage.
- Easy grip rubber sleeve makes it easy to hold tool securely. Especially important when using tool for precision removal on delicate parts. In-line 360-Degrees Swivel is incorporated into the airline. This allows more maneuverability for the operator on contoured parts.
- In-line filter is included to prevent debris from entering the tool through the airline. Scribes and Chisels are made of high carbon steel that is heat-treated and tempered to a hardness of 62 Rockwell.
