What our Experts Think
- Extra heavy-duty storage for high-volume kitchens: The CHAAXDUTR20 is built for continuous use in demanding foodservice environments such as hotels, commissaries, and institutional kitchens where durability and load strength are critical.
- Maximum capacity performance: Designed to hold up to 20 full-size 18" x 26" pans, it streamlines large-scale prep, cooling, and transport workflows while keeping production organized and accessible.
- Reinforced welded aluminum construction: Made from heavy-gauge extruded aluminum, the frame is engineered to resist bending, corrosion, and wear even under constant heavy loading in busy kitchens.
- Optimized airflow spacing for food safety: The evenly spaced slide system (around 3" spacing) improves air circulation, helping maintain proper cooling and safer storage conditions.
- Smooth mobility under full load: Equipped with 5" heavy-duty swivel casters, the rack moves easily between prep stations, storage areas, and production zones without disrupting workflow.
- End-load universal design: The open-ended configuration allows fast loading and unloading of pans from both sides, improving speed and efficiency during peak service periods.
- Built for institutional standards: NSF-listed construction and corrosion-resistant materials make it suitable for regulated environments including healthcare and large-scale catering operations.

Maintenance Tips
- Clean regularly with warm water and mild detergent to remove grease, food residue, and buildup.
- Dry thoroughly after washing to preserve aluminum integrity and prevent oxidation in high-moisture kitchens.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals that can damage the heavy-duty frame finish.
- Inspect welded joints and structural frame frequently to ensure stability under continuous commercial use.
- Check caster wheels for smooth movement; tighten, lubricate, or replace if mobility becomes restricted.
- Distribute pans evenly across all rails to maintain balance and prevent structural stress.
- Do not overload beyond recommended capacity to extend service life in demanding kitchen environments.
- Keep the rack on level flooring for safe transport and reduced caster wear.
- Perform routine sanitation in foodservice operations to maintain hygiene standards and NSF compliance.
