The Cooper & Hunter 12,000 BTU PTAC is a packaged terminal heat pump — a self-contained, hotel-style unit for a standard 42-inch PTAC sleeve. Unlike electric-only PTACs, it heats with an efficient heat pump and adds supplemental PTC electric heat for cold weather, so it cools and heats a single room with no outdoor condenser or line sets. Runs on 208/230V-1Ph-60Hz R32, Wi-Fi built in.
